Positive: Stylish spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, looked run down from outside and access stairs but inside was great.
Negative: Took them almost 2 weeks to refund hefty deposit and only after prompting. Parking at leisure centre did not look secure at all and we ended up parking on the street by property

Negative: I sent a message about where to park that never got answered. A couple of hours later I had to find out from a local how the parking on the street worked. Blue spaces you can park for two hours. White spaces you can do overnights for up to a week.

Positive: Clear instructions to enter the place with code key. Parking was not available nearby, but is possible to go nearby towards the gym. They share a lot of information about the house via a video upfront. The apartment is very spacious with a large hall. The kitchen is well stocked and you can prepare a meal. The interior design is nice and feels very homely. Had some difficulty in locking the room but the host was very helpful to come and check the key such that it could be locked.

Negative: Instructions by video, which ate into our roaming data. Video also out-of-state regarding the lock, but will be updated soon. Outer door cannot be locked from outside. We could not lock the door off the flat from the inside. Will be repaired, said the concierge, one I told him

Positive: I liked the fact that a complete video was prepared with all the info about how to find the appartment, get in and other info that was required. Might be nice to have a short or written version of it online also, though (for people arriving really tiredly) ;) You can see that the owners put an effort into making this appartment homey with a great touch to the design of the rooms.
Negative: We were there during the heart of summer. A single AC might not be out of place for extra comfort. ;)

Positive: This is a great apartment, very spacious and containing everything we needed for our 2 nights in Nevers. Everything worked well. We were able to keep our bicycles securely inside the apartment. It is close to the town centre, shops and supermarket. We strongly recommend.
